Stake.com Adds Support for Solana Deposits and Withdrawals
Stake added Solana to its list of supported cryptocurrencies on February 21. You deposit SOL directly, no wrapping or bridging needed. Withdrawals go out the same way.
This brings Stake’s total supported coins to 15.
How It Works
The deposit flow is the same as any other coin on Stake. Go to your wallet, select SOL, copy the deposit address, and send from your wallet. Transactions confirm in under a minute.
Minimum deposit is 0.1 SOL. No maximum.
Withdrawals process through the same page. Stake says withdrawal times are under 5 minutes for SOL. That matches what users are reporting on community forums.
Why Solana
Solana has the lowest transaction fees of any chain Stake supports. A typical deposit costs under $0.01. Compare that to Bitcoin at $1-3 or Ethereum at $0.40 during low traffic.
Speed is the other advantage. Solana finalizes transactions in about 400 milliseconds. By the time you switch tabs back to Stake, your deposit is usually there.
What Took So Long
Stake supported most other major chains for years. Solana lagged behind partly because of the network instability issues in 2022-2023. Multiple outages made it risky for casino operators who need 100% uptime on payment infrastructure.
The network has been stable for over a year now. That seems to have been the deciding factor.
Impact on Players
If you hold SOL, you no longer need to swap to BTC or ETH before depositing. That saves on swap fees and removes a step from the process.
The Solana addition also makes Stake more competitive against smaller crypto casinos that added SOL support earlier. Sites like Roobet and BC.Game had it for a while.
Stake’s rakeback and VIP benefits apply to all currencies, including SOL. Your wagered SOL counts toward VIP progression the same as BTC or ETH.
